We set out to camp for the weekend at Lake Almanor when we left our homes Thursday evening, but we arrived only to find that all the Lake Almanor campgrounds were full. Bummer!
So we went only a few miles away to another lake, one that Owen loves to say, "Butt Lake".
It was great! We were fortunate enough to get two campsites that were right on the corner of the campground and the lake was only a short walk from our spot.
There was lots of dirt, nasty bathrooms, but tons of fun.
