Hide 'n' Seek

Owen loves to follow me around the house. If he hasn't seen me for about 5 minutes he'll start calling out "mom where are you!?" as loud as he can until he finds me and says "oh there you are! I found you mom!" I thought that after having a second child Owen would start to leave me alone a little more because he'd have a playmate, and now that Laci's crawling I thought they'd entertain themselves longer. Well I was wrong. Owen still follows me and now Laci follows Owen to find me.
Those of you w/ more than 2 kids, does it ever change?
