Our 4th of July

First some pics of our kiddos.
Laci is smiling so much now.
We just love her adorable smile and facial expressions.
She also has a little dimple just outside of the left of her mouth, so cute.

Here she is smiling on the changing table...who wouldn't smile after having a new, clean diaper put on em?:)

Owen loves to give kisses.
He's give us one just about any time we ask for one. We're spoiled.

I love this picure of Owen's eyes and eyelashes.

More of Laci and her smiling. You can really see her dimple in this one.

Saturday morning was Oroville's first annual 4th of July non-motored boat race down at Riverbend Park. We want to enter a boat in next year.
There was also some pretend battles and a real cannon that shook us and surprised us when it went off.

We spent Saturday afternoon at the Townsend's pool.
It was a lot of fun. Good company and good food. Christina made yummy margaritas, mmmm...dry of course:)

The adults did a great job keeping the kids safe in and around the pool...even if there was an occasional jump in to the pool with clothes on:)

We spent Friday on the lake with the Hancocks, Robertsons, Pratts, and Gravisons.
It was a lot of fun.
The beach was perfect for the kids, shallow enough for them to play in.

After a long afternoon of playing in the water and sun, Owen was done...he didn't have his afternoon nap.
It was so funny to see him so exhausted and falling asleep in his chair.
Our little man all tuckered out.
We all felt like this after our day on the lake.
Thanks to the Hancocks, Pratts, and Gravisons for sharing your boats and tubes with us.
