CHUNKY MONKEY PANCAKES (Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes) with Peanut Butter Syrup

I made these for dinner last night. I loved the combination of banana and chocolate. The banana wasn't too over powering. The syrup was my favorite though. I've grown up having peanut butter with my pancakes, but had never heard of mixing it together with the syrup. Soo delicious. Here's my tip though: Eat the pancakes warm/hot and the p.b. syrup stays a little more runny and easier to eat. Also, have a glass of milk on hand. The picture of a dog eating peanut butter kept coming to my mind as I was eating it. ") Saying that might make you not want to even try it, but it's really not as bad as that bad!
Second recipe I made tonight and I found at Food Network.com. I bought a Tri-Tip and wanted a good marinade/rub. It was super easy and quick.
BBQ TRI-TIPS
The sides I made were pretty darn tasty too. Cubed potatoes that I added buttermilk ranch dressing to after they were cooked, not too much cause the flavor can over be powering. (I love it with bacon too, but didn't make any ahead of time) Fresh veggies, some from our garden. Yellow squash, green beans, onions and mushrooms that were sauteed in a little butter and seasoning salt and pepper to taste. Oh, and corn on the cob from my parents garden. Yum yum yum!
I love new recipes, especially when I actually try them out. Now I just need to remember these and use them down the road!

I just made their lemon zuchinni pasta and it was dang good as well. Just one more thing you can do with zuchinni because we all know that we plant it and then have way too much to eat!
