I haven't seen the spillway have much (if any) water running through it in years. The lake has not been full enough for so long I forgot what it looked like.
I took Owen and Laci up today and it was quite a site.
There were lots of spectators, I think they had similar thoughts to mine.

We could feel mist and the windshield got misty too.
You can see the Buttes in the distance through the fog.
These next two shots are looking down from the bridge that crosses over the spillway.
So much water! The pictures don't do it justice; go take a look for yourself.

wow! the lake is sooo high! thanks for posting these pictures. i sure miss being able to go up there whenever i want to. :(
Love the dam! I love those views. My Pops sent me some of the spillway and it looks just awesome.
