My co-worker gave me this great toddler bed for Owen. We have it in our guest room for now. Our plan was to start trying to get him to sleep in it around March so the crib could be ready for the baby in May and so he'd be use to it. Well, the other night while I was out visiting and saying goodbye to my friend Rob sent me a text saying he had just put Owen in his big boy bed to sleep and he hadn't climbed out or anything! I couldn't believe it!! I was up most the night listening for him to come running out or something but he never did. 3 nights and a nap later, he's still loving it. Wow, this kid is great! I just hope it stays this way. (though I'm not holding my breath)
I guess it's time to pull his crib out and switch w/ the bed so he can be in his room again.
Plus, I'm really excited to start getting the guest room ready to be the baby's room. :)

I'm jealous about the big boy bed. I'm too afraid to mess up a good thing in our house, but we too need to start the transition.

Wow! I can't believe Owen is already in a big boy bed. Time is passing too quickly. Congratulations on your new baby girl. We are super thrilled for you. Your family is beautiful.
